Parker Commercial / River City Roofing is seeking experienced, driven sales professionals who are ready to travel, knock doors, inspect roofs, and close deals.
This is a commission-only 1099 position designed for high-performers who thrive in storm markets and want uncapped earning potential.
We are only looking specifically for individuals with large-loss and commercial roofing experience who know how to door knock, work insurance claims, and close contracts.

Responsibilities
- Travel to storm-affected markets
- Perform door-to-door canvassing in designated territories
- Identify large-loss and commercial roofing opportunities
- Conduct commercial roof inspections
- Document storm damage thoroughly (photos, measurements, reports)
- Meet with property owners, business owners, and property managers
- Assist business owners through the insurance claims process when applicable
- Maintain consistent follow-up to secure signed agreements
- Manage your pipeline independently
- Present roofing solutions and confidently close contracts
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
Requirements
- Proven roofing sales or storm restoration experience
- Ability to climb ladders 20 feet high and walk on roofs safely
- Experience with large-loss and/or commercial roofing projects
- Comfortable traveling and working storm markets
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
