Job DescriptionJob Title: Leasing Agent (Mid-Level Experience)/Spanish SpeakingLocation: Miami, FloridaCompany: RCPWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent with mid-level experience, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our residential. You will work closely with prospective tenants, conducting property tours, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless leasing experience.Responsibilities:- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and showcase the features and amenities of the property- Manage and respond to inquiries from prospective tenants through various channels including phone, email, and in-person visits- Coordinate and execute lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective tenants to ensure high occupancy rates- Work closely with property management to ensure all properties are well-maintained and presentable for showings- Stay up-to-date on market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis to make informed leasing decisions- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new tenants- Provide excellent customer service and address any tenant concerns or issues in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:- 2-4 years of experience in residential or commercial leasing- Proven track record of meeting leasing goals and maintaining high occupancy rates- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as neededWe are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about real estate and providing exceptional service to our tenants.
