The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and be able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and issues. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with product information, order processing, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ability to travel to Greensboro, NC quarterly.
