What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Mill-Turn Programmer / Operator – DN Solutions SMX 3100 position at River City Machine, LLC?
Looking for an experienced CNC mill-turn programmer/operator who can hit the ground running on a DN Solutions SMX 3100.
Job Duties:
- Program, set up, and operate DN Solutions SMX 3100 multitasking machine
- Create and optimize CNC programs
- Perform setups, prove-outs, and process improvements
- Work with precision diesel performance parts
Requirements:
- Experience programming and operating multitasking / mill-turn CNC machines (SMX, Doosan Puma multitasking, Mazak Integrex, Okuma MULTUS, or equivalent)
- Strong Fanuc control experience
- Ability to program offline (Mastercam, Esprit, Fusion 360, or NX preferred)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal training
Pay & Benefits:
- $41–$45 per hour based on experience
