Summary

As a Busser at River City Grille, you will play an essential role in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Located in a vibrant dining atmosphere, this position is crucial for supporting our waitstaff and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including floors and restrooms.
• Support the kitchen staff by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
• Refill water glasses and provide additional items to guests upon request.
• Ensure all tableware is clean and properly stocked for service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist with special events or large parties as directed by management.
• Provide excellent guest services to enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in the restaurant industry.
• Strong guest relations skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
