River City Flooring is a growing Commercial Flooring Sales and Installation company in Hudsonville, MI. We are currently looking for an experienced project manager in the flooring industry and/or construction industry. On the job training is provided, but the ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a positive attitude. Job Duties List – Project Manager
- Handle all aspects of a project after handover from sales. Includes reviewing scope of work, verifying job site restrictions/conditions, labor scheduling and pricing, managing materials and delivery schedule, monthly billing, etc.
- Attend Progress Meetings as needed.
- Be present on the jobsite as needed to oversee installation and address jobsite concerns.
- Notify Project Coordinator of any changes that affect quantities and or any pricing
- Trouble shoot problems and come up with solutions
- Analyze labor rates, production rates, time management.
- Strive to increase profit on jobs being managed and assist with maintaining a profitable labor department

Experience Preferred
- 2 years Project Management experience in the flooring industry and/or construction industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
