Job Overview:
As a Commercial Flooring Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and managing the entire sales lifecycle for our commercial flooring products and services. You will leverage your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and passion for providing solutions to meet the needs of commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients within the commercial sector, including property managers, architects, general contractors, and business owners.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Presentations and Consultations: Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored flooring solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, explain benefits, and prepare cost estimates.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Effectively manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales progress using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication.
