Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-time to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting various operational tasks within our organization. Primarily assisting members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments .
Duties
- Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, sells cashiers checks to members, transfer amounts from member accounts as directed.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process transactions accurately, including handling debits and credits.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage pricing, discounts, and sales effectively.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong math skills, particularly in retail math for transaction accuracy.
- Proven ability to upsell products or services effectively.
