Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm or 10:00pm - 6:30am
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour
- The Engineer III performs journeyman to advanced level general maintenance, repairs, and support functions in the areas of general maintenance, plumbing, kitchen & refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC and electrical devices.
- Receives work assignments via HotSOS, executes assignments and completes work orders as directed.
- Notifies Maintenance Supervisor or Manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing and equipment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent plus three (2) years’ experience in one of the required related maintenance fields (Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, Electrical or Kitchen Equipment).
- Must have knowledge of methods and practices used in preventative maintenance and repair work.
- Knowledge of Building management systems.
- Interpret electrical wiring diagrams/drawings.
- Read blueprints
