Job Title: General Manager

Summary:
Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of RBMC and membership.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the corporation and ensure that both internal (members) and external customers are treated fairly and without prejudice,
Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and executing business plans.
Make certain all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are enforced.
Implement environmental, health, and safety measures in the park.
Plan and implement maintenance and upgrade projects.
Track financial results and profit management and cost controls.
Oversee land sales.
Provide quality customer service to members.
Ensure that the security and integrity of RBMC is protected at all times.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:

2. Leadership Skills – Supervision of diverse work staff, time management, and budgeting experience
3. Organizational skills – Project management, ability to multitask with attention to detail

5. Creativity/Problem Solving – Ability to solve problems, and suggest ideas to the Board for Park improvement
6. Computer Skills – Must have strong computer skills including Google or Microsoft office programs.

3. Collaborate with Board of Directors, Members, Office, Security and Maintenance for goods, services, and projects that are procured at the best possible cost to meet the needs of the Park with focus on quality.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
1. Provide effective leadership and direct overall key activities in organizational development and operations of the office, security, and the maintenance department.
2. Manage the resources and assets of the property with the direct consultation from the board involving staff, buildings, and other assets.
3. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff as necessary.
4. Implement performance reviews, training and developing subordinates, promotions, salary increases, terminations, disciplinary actions, etc.
5. Ensure compliance with all environmental and corporate policies & procedures are developed and maintained on all park upgrades and ordinances of the park.
6. Ensure that the building, infrastructure, utilities, and equipment are in good operating condition with focus on quality and safety conditions.
7. Expand and direct new market development and property sales to attract new customers to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
8. Ensure Park responsiveness to members in quality, cost, service, product innovation and product performance.
9. Manage member permit requests, complaints, work orders, and overall satisfaction with all park members, assuring complete compliance and assist with corrective actions to improve these areas.
10. Maximize profitability by implementing cost and waste reduction initiatives to work within the over-all budget to save on equipment, inventory and supplies, on-time delivery, and other key metrics. 11. Establish and implement strategies for departmental policies, goals, wellness, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, and staff members as necessary.
12. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
13. Promote excellence by challenging and motivating employees to develop goals and timelines to achieve their maximum potential by the workforce.
14. Ensure open communication through the weekly newsletter with updates on a continuous basis with the board of directors, members, and the local community.
15. Perform other duties as assigned and support all activities as needed of the BOD.
Work Schedule: Flex Schedule of 45 hours per week. Weekends required during season. Greater flexibility in off season.
Raises & Incentives: The General Manager will be encouraged to develop goals and timelines against which he will be evaluated on by the BOD on the progress of those goals.
Pay: $78,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
