Oversee discharge planning processes to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the facility.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with complex medical conditions.
Manage critical care situations effectively, utilizing skills in emergency medicine as necessary.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures, particularly in cases involving infectious disease care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.

Proficient in Patient Assessment techniques to evaluate health status effectively.
Knowledge of Occupational Health practices and regulations.
Experience with Discharge Planning processes to facilitate patient transitions.
Familiarity with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) management and utilization.
Ability to perform phlebotomize procedures as needed for patient diagnostics.
Understanding of protocols related to Infectious Disease Care management.
Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center, providing critical care services.
Skills in managing patients within a PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit).
Strong background in Emergency Medicine practices, ensuring readiness for urgent situations.
Expertise in Critical Care, providing advanced nursing interventions for critically ill patients.
