The River Bend Career & Technical Center, located in Bradford, Vermont is seeking a CTE Lab Assistant to work in our Heavy Equipment program starting with the 2026-2027 school year. The CTE Lab Assistant is responsible for supporting students and program instructors within the labs at the Technical Center by performing a variety of supportive activities within a diverse population of students. Compensation:
This position pays between $19.22 and $29.72 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined by the district’s collective bargaining agreement, which considers factors such as degree level and years of service. This compensation range is provided in accordance with Vermont’s Pay Transparency Law and reflects a good faith estimate. Final salary may vary depending on final ratification of the 26-27 Collective Bargaining Agreement, qualifications, licensure, and other relevant factors.
