River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking an organized and methodical Procurement & Inventory Support Clerk to optimize our warehouse administration pipelines. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, and full relocation assistance will be provided to the local facility area if required. Operating on a hybrid schedule, you will manage vital inventory data entry and provide comprehensive backend support to our logistics network. You will build strong relationships by auditing purchase histories, cross-referencing inbound freight counts, and keeping warehouse database records flawlessly accurate to maximize supply chain efficiency and team productivity.
Core Responsibilities
Inventory Logging: Record incoming physical inventory shipments, updating product counts, batch numbers, and storage locations across our warehouse management database.
Purchase Coordination: Support supply workflows by verifying receipt paperwork against original purchase agreements to flag volume discrepancies immediately.
Stock Auditing: Assist with seasonal cycle counts by reconciling digital ledger balances against physical on-site crop input volumes.
Asset Tracking: Process warehouse transfer logs, ensuring correct inventory quantities are documented when moving supplies between regional retail distribution points.
Applicant Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent certificate required; previous warehouse data entry, inventory control, or supply support experience is preferred.
Proven track record in digital recordkeeping, file auditing, or high-volume clerical administrative roles.
Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, team communication tools, and inventory management or enterprise database systems.
Willingness to relocate to the physical facility hub environment, utilizing company-provided relocation assistance.
Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
