Job Overview
We are seeking a Box Truck/Cargo Van Driver to join our small family owned business team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations.
** Looking for BOX Truck/Cargo Van driver for retail replenishment, pick up is in Ankeny , IA daily, Hiring ASAP need someone to start right away. You will be trained.
Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial vehicle (26ft Box Truck) to transport goods safely and efficiently
- Load and unload cargo
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Follow designated routes and schedules for timely deliveries (as early as 1am)
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
Qualifications
-2 years prior experience in commercial driving (box truck 26ft ), preferable
- Ability to operate a forklift and perform heavy lifting
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of route driving and navigation
- Experience with box trucks, couriers, or moving vehicles is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving recording (required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Pass background check
-Reliable , be willing to work early mornings (1am) as needed
