Duties
- Assist in managing leasing processes, including property tours, application processing, and lease signing.
- Support compliance Fair Housing laws to ensure legal adherence.
- Utilize property management software to accurately enter data, generate reports, and maintain resident records.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and oversee vendor relationships for timely repairs.
- Assist in lease renewals, rent collection, and delinquency follow-up to optimize occupancy rates and revenue.
- Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents, contracts, tenant files, and compliance records.
- Support conflict resolution efforts between residents.
- Contribute to facilities management tasks such as inspecting common areas, ensuring safety standards are met, and supporting general office operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and legal administrative procedures.
- Hands-on experience using property management software is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service roles within property leasing or real estate settings.
- Strong administrative skills including data entry, filing, office procedures, and phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of facilities management practices and basic property maintenance coordination is advantageous.
- Experience negotiating contracts or agreements related to property leasing or vendor services is a plus.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
