Responsibilities
- Develop visual assets for social, digital, print, and events
- Film and edit short-form lo-fi videos for social media
- Design branded sales and product presentations
- Manage RIVANNA’s organic social media presence
- Support marketing campaigns with high-quality, brand-aligned content
- Organize and maintain creative templates, asset libraries, and media
- Track and self-manage marketing projects
- Coordinate deliverables with internal and external partners
- Uphold brand standards, accuracy, and delivery timelines
- Maintain SOPs, templates, and scalable content workflows
- Own the quality, completeness, and consistency of all deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
- Adobe Suite and Canva proficiency
- Experience in a content creation role
- Experience with video production, including filming and editing for short-form lo-fi marketing content
- Experience managing marketing workflows in ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality ownership
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Blender or Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Familiarity with MedTech, healthcare, or regulated industries a plus
