Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance tasks including lawn care, and tree care.
- Lead a team of crew members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and efficient workforce.
- Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to maintain healthy growth and address pest or disease issues proactively.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities.
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a focus on lawn care, plant identification, and tree care.
- Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in outdoor environments.
- Excellent crew management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Needs to know how to operate landscaping equiptment.
