Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within the meat processing industry (pork or beef preferred).
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Waterloo, Iowa.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement (CI) practices.
- Familiarity with production tracking and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Kronos, WMS).
