Automation lead.

We are looking for an experienced automation lead with deep expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks within the security domain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in python, grafana, and security-related automation, with a proven ability to architect scalable solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. 

Key responsibilities 

·  Design and develop automation frameworks for security processes and tools. 

·  Build reusable components and libraries to accelerate automation initiatives. 

·  Automate dashboards, alerts, and reporting using grafana for security monitoring and analytics. 

·  Develop robust python scripts and modules for process automation and integration. 

·  Collaborate with security engineering, devops, and infrastructure teams to identify automation opportunities. 

·  Ensure automation solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements. 

·  Optimize existing automation workflows for performance and scalability. 

·  Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on automation standards and practices. 

Required skills & qualifications:

·  6–8 years of experience in automation development, with at least 3 years in the security domain. 

·  Strong proficiency in python for scripting and framework development. 

·  Hands-on experience with grafana for dashboard automation and visualization. 

·  Solid understanding of security principles and processes (iam, monitoring, compliance). 

·  Experience in designing modular and scalable automation frameworks. 

·  Familiarity with apis, restful services, and integration patterns. 

·  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

·  Strong communication and leadership abilities. 

Preferred qualifications:

·  Experience with ci/cd pipelines and automation in cloud environments (AWS, azure, Google Cloud Platform). 

·  Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation tools (terraform, ansible). 

·  Exposure to siem/soar platforms and security orchestration. 

·  Security certifications (cissp, cism, or equivalent) are a plus.
