This role will focus on enhancing self-clearing, settlement, controls, and operational resiliency, with the opportunity to contribute to long-term framework design and workflow modernization.
This is a high-impact seat for someone who understands the post-trade lifecycle end-to-end and is motivated by improving processes rather than simply maintaining them.
Ideal Background
- 15 years in broker-dealer, prime brokerage, clearing, or market operations
- Strong knowledge of equities trade lifecycle, DTC/NSCC, and settlement flows
- Experience with stock record integrity, operational breaks, and exception management
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally with ops, technology, risk, and product teams
- Someone who has improved or built processes — not only operated them
- Exposure to scaling or redesigning post-trade infrastructure is a strong plus
Salary : $225,000 - $350,000
