Role: Project Manager / Transformation Manager
A growing financial services platform is seeking a Project & Transformation Manager to drive strategic initiatives across operations, investment platforms, and internal business functions. This role sits at the center of change execution — leading projects from concept to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring initiatives land on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

What You’ll Lead & Deliver
- Build and manage project plans including timelines, milestones, resource planning, and cost considerations
- Track progress against deliverables, ensuring execution quality and accountability across owners
- Shape strategic decisions through data modeling, KPI analysis, and structured insight frameworks
- Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies before they impact timelines
- Serve as a primary interface between stakeholders, subsidiaries, and working groups — aligning expectations, gathering requirements, and driving clarity
- Support multi-month transformation roadmaps and operational scaling programs
Experience We Look For
- 3–8 years experience in operations, transformation, strategy, consulting, or related financial services roles
- Proven track record managing initiatives from planning stage through implementation and actual results delivery
- Strong analytical toolkit — comfort with financial modeling, structured problem solving, and data synthesis
- Exposure to evaluating or implementing new technology, systems, or workflow automation
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, finance, or related discipline
- Ability to work independently, communicate with clarity, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Salary : $125,000 - $165,000
