Global Investment Manager – Middle Office Associate
The role:
- Reconcile daily positions and cash with custodians and prime brokers
- Oversee loan administration (contracts, P&I payments, drawdowns)
- Manage corporate actions from election through booking
- Support trade lifecycle for bonds, CLOs, ABS, FX, TRS, bank loans, and equity
- Produce IRR/MOIC performance metrics for deal teams
- Work on CLO monthly tie-outs and leverage facility maintenance
You bring:
- 1–4 years in middle office, trade support, or loan/fixed income operations
- Strong Excel; experience with ClearPar, Bloomberg, IVP, or VPM a plus
- Understanding of bank loan/fixed income products preferred
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
