Riva Recruiting is partnering with a multi-strategy hedge fund seeking a strong middle office professional with rates exposure for a front office facing seat on a fast-moving platform.
This is for someone with roughly 3–7 years of experience who is strong around rates products, trade flow, booking, breaks, and day-to-day desk support, but who also brings the intangibles that are much harder to teach. They want someone hungry, sharp, proactive, and naturally wired to challenge process, think critically, and find better ways of doing things rather than just following the same routine every day.
The role sits close to the investment team, so front office facing ability matters. You need to be comfortable dealing directly with PMs and traders, staying calm under pressure, and operating in an environment where every day can look a little different. This is not the kind of seat where you hide in the background. They want someone who wants to be in the mix, wear a lot of hats, and grow in a role with real visibility.
