Ritzinger Clinic is an established, multi-location private practice. We strive to create a positive experience for every patient encounter. We are looking for new staff that share a love of helping people, are eager to work and learn, and have the desire to assist in the well-being of the clinics. Candidate must be honest, detail-oriented, kind, patient, knowledgeable in optics, and able to work well on a team, as well as being self-motivated when working alone.
Duties include inventory management and assisting patients in choosing frames and lenses that are appropriate for their face, lifestyle, and prescription. You will also often do eyeglass adjustments and repairs, place orders, take payments, make appointments, accurately check in orders when they arrive from labs, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary area. Because we are a small clinic, you will be expected to assist administrative or technical staff as needed as well. Our goal is to work as a team for the benefit of our patients, the practice, and all staff.
Starting pay is based on skills and years of optical experience. In addition , we do offer holiday pay and eyewear discounts/perks. In addition to hourly pay, we offer monthly team-based goals/bonuses.
