The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and will be able to fulfill a variety of customer service responsibilities. This includes processing credit card payments, running the cash register, organizing merchandise and cleaning the sales floor.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and greet customers.
- Maintain contact information and track correspondence for potential clients.
- Schedule appointments for select clientele.
- Offer clients advice on improved computer and software use.
- Perform small tasks related to specific software training sessions.
- Create a report summarizing client information.
- Update client information after meeting with the client.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
