We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong Healthcare background to lead and manage technology projects within healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have experience managing software development, data integration, and healthcare systems while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical project delivery in healthcare environments.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Ensure project alignment with healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPAA).
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Oversee integration of healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR platforms.
- Communicate project status and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Strong Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing technical teams and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Experience with data integration and healthcare analytics projects.
