What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Massage Therapist position at Ritual House Aesthetics & Wellness?
Ritual House Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a skilled, professional, and growth-oriented Massage Therapist to join our expanding wellness team.
We are a boutique wellness studio focused on restorative care, intentional client experiences, and long-term relationship-based service. Our environment is calm, elevated, and grounded, combining luxury wellness with clinically informed care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced therapist looking for a more supportive, professional, and sustainable environment than high-volume spa or franchise settings.
We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping clients feel and function at their best while contributing positively to a collaborative and growth-minded team culture.
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- values professionalism and personal growth
- enjoys building long-term client relationships
- works well within structured systems and collaborative environments
- maintains high standards in cleanliness and client care
- wants to contribute to a growing wellness-focused business
- understands that client experience extends beyond technical skill alone
This position is likely not the right fit for someone seeking a high-volume environment, independent contractor structure, or highly transactional approach to massage therapy.
Part-Time Position
This is a part-time position with an initial schedule likely consisting of 1 to 3 consistent shifts per week between Sun-Thurs, with the opportunity to expand as clientele grows. Morning and daytime availability are strongly preferred.
This is a growing program, and a fully booked schedule is not guaranteed immediately. The right therapist should be motivated to retain clients, generate referrals, and actively contribute to building the massage practice.
