This role requires not only strong leadership but also an entrepreneurial mindset—every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.Key responsibilities include achieving sales metrics, managing budgets, ensuring high-quality classes, and developing strategies for member recruitment and retention. These managerial roles focus on leading the studio towards sustained growth while celebrating each success along the way.Qualified applicants should have prior experience leading teams, including training and providing feedback, as well as executing effective sales strategies. Exceptional communication skills and a deep connection to Ritual’s culture are essential.
