**Job Summary**
The Consumer Sales Agent is responsible for marketing and selling insurance products and services offered by Ritter Insurance Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Selling insurance products to clients who contact *RIM Call Center *via inbound call, email or website.
- Provide enrollment services to established clients.
- Primary Skills & Requirements**:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A Pennsylvania Health Insurance License; or be willing to complete licensing within 90 days of hire.
- Agree to complete the Medicare AHIP and any carrier specific training, after hire.
- The CSA will be contracted through Ritter Insurance Marketing for all necessary carriers.
- A basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship.
- A basic understanding of Medicare and Medicare products.
- A basic knowledge of marketing and new business operations and procedures.
- Insurance sales and / or marketing experienced preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good computer and typing skills.
- Good organizational skills.
