**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing staff in delivering exceptional medical services during the evening shift (2 PM - 10 PM).

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and needs, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

**Qualifications:**
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of [State].
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
