Job Description
RSL of Hoover is also seeking PRN LPNs for available shifts. Must be available to work all shifts and weekends.
Job dutles: To provide adequate and sufficient services to meet the needs of the specialty care assisted living resident and to assure that preventative measures, restorative service, activities and related support services are carried out, recorded and reviewed. Including but not limited to medication and treatment administration, management, and documentation, supervision of Personal Care Assistants in providing direct resident care, and interacting with residents, families, visitors, physicians, and other on-site health care providers.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current unencumbered license as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the the State of Alabama. One year experience in SNF, ALF, SCALF required. Experience in geriatric nursing and memory care preferred.
