Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to completion
- Build and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
- Communicate with clients throughout the project
- Monitor budgets and timelines
- Identify and resolve issues proactively
- Conduct site visits and quality checks
- Physical ability to assist with on site construction work as required to keep jobs on schedule
Experience
- Experience in construction or project management (residential preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills with clients and trades
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
