This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting executive-level staff. Responsibilities will also include clerical duties, maintaining organization across workflows, and professionally managing phone communications.

- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance, including managing records, organizing files, and providing day-to-day office support
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for both internal and external interactions
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules and supporting executive staff
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as data entry, filing, and handling office equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work independently
- Proficiency in office productivity software and scheduling tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a relevant associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
