Essential Functions
- Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to apartment complexes and the Property Management industry
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products
- Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals
- Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
- Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the flooring industry is a plus!
- Experience in B2B sales
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Experience with Property Management is preferred.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
- Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to work independently and problem solve.
