- Daily Posting of Subcontractor pay
- Ensures jobs are invoiced correctly and daily
- Communicates with other departments to resolve issues with Labor
- Maintain files
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Have earned a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
- Exhibit effective written and oral communication skills.
- Have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines without error.
