We are seeking an Intermediate-Level Quality Assurance Engineer to support and enhance our AS9100-compliant quality management system. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments who enjoys working cross-functionally and driving continuous improvement.
You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting audits, resolving quality issues, and strengthening our overall quality culture.
- Maintain and continuously improve quality assurance processes in compliance with AS9100
- Perform internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews
- Prepare, manage, and maintain quality documentation, including corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Generate reports and analysis using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related role
- Working knowledge of AS9100 standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement equipment
- US Citizen
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and/or Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Quality Management Software
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply-chain quality
- Hourly pay: $25–$30, based on experience
