What We Offer
- Hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions
- Average first year income range up to $60,000 to $90,000/yr

- Verify, qualify, and finalize customer appointments to ensure they meet company requirements
- Contact customers, assess appointment eligibility, document confirmation results,
- Working closely with scheduling and sales teams
- Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives
- Schedule: M-F 11am to 8pm, Weekend schedule flexibility 9am to 7pm at least one weekend day
- At least one (1) year experience in a quality assurance, call center role
- Experience outbound calls in a performance-driven environment
- Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 40 WPM or more
- Familiarity with Five9 - a plus!
- Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish - a plus!
- Active listening skills and ability to build rapport
- Outgoing personality, assertive and professional
- Attention to detail
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
