What you’ll do
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.
- Execute MIG welding and fabrication tasks for various automotive components.
- Conduct auto body repairs, including sheet metal work and detailing.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly and repair processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Estimate repair costs accurately to ensure transparency with customers.
- Engage in auto restoration projects, bringing classic vehicles back to life.
- Handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently.
Basic qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
Preferred qualifications
- Dealership experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, and airless paint spraying techniques.
- Familiarity with auto glass installation and replacement processes.
- Experience in auto painting and detailing for a polished finish.
