The Rite Way University HVAC Student program provides quality training to individuals pursuing a career in the HVAC or Plumbing field. This program implements both classroom type instruction and on the job training to supply individuals with the necessary knowledge and experience to be successful workers in their industry. Who We're Looking For
We look for candidates who can maintain the positive attitude needed to learn the skills of the trade through on the job training as well as the aptitude to pass each review point. By doing this, the candidate will receive the skills and the knowledge to become one of the most highly trained workers in today’s workforce.
Program Specifics
- The program is generally up to six months in length
- After classroom and other on-the-job training, students will work in the field approximately 40 hours a week
- Weekly meetings are held to share best practices, receive safety training, and to review updated field information
- A pay upgrade is earned upon graduation
- 100% attendance is required
Requirements
- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records check
- Must possess a valid Arizona driver license and insurable motor vehicle record
