JOB SUMMARY
The Leads Coordinator is responsible for managing, qualifying, and distributing leads to the appropriate sales teams, ensuring efficient lead flow and follow-up. This role is essential for supporting the sales department and ensuring that sales teams can maximize their opportunities by focusing on high-potential leads. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, review, and qualify incoming leads from various sources (e.g., website, inbound calls, marketing campaigns).
- Categorize leads based on criteria such as interest, budget, and potential.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate lead database to track lead status and follow-up activities.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives based on their expertise, territory, and workload.
- Ensure that all leads are promptly followed up on by the sales team to maximize conversion potential.
- Communicate with leads to ensure that they are properly nurtured and routed to the correct sales representative.
- Monitor the status of leads throughout the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and updating of lead records.

REQUIRED SKLLS & ABILITIES
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with leads, sales teams, and management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly assess and prioritize leads to ensure the most promising opportunities are being pursued.
- Ability to analyze lead data and trends to suggest improvements in lead generation and follow-up processes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably ServiceTitan, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be physically able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods of time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & CONDITIONS
- Office environment.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Generally, Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM, some evenings and weekends are required.
