Since 1981, we have built a reputation for rewarding our technicians for their skill and certifications, and we believe in providing a strong work-life balance.Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Tire & Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine services such as engine oil and filter replacement, as well as fluid exchanges on both domestic and foreign passenger cars and medium-duty trucks. This role also includes mounting and balancing passenger car tires, with an opportunity to progress to a B-Level Technician.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform engine oil, filter, and fluid replacements.Complete digital vehicle inspections to identify any additional service needs.Mount and balance passenger car tires.Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.Communicate with the parts department to obtain necessary parts.Notify the service advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.Document all work performed.Road-test vehicles to validate successful repairs.Qualifications1 to 3 years of previous experience is required.Demonstrated work history, with ASE or equivalent certifications being a plus.Valid driver's license and a good driving record.Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package and a work-life balance environment.Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour, plus bonus (to be discussed at the time of the interview).Medical: Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Chip MedicalPaid Time Off (PTO): 1 week of front-loaded PTO, depending on experience.Paid Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.Continuing Education: Paid continuing education and ASE Certification renewal.Uniforms: Paid uniforms.Vacations: Paid vacations.Work Environment Our 8-bay operation provides excellent work conditions, with new epoxy floors and LED lighting throughout.
