Since 1981, we have built a reputation for rewarding our technicians for their skill and certifications, and we believe in providing a strong work-life balance.Position Summary We are seeking an experienced A-Level Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining vehicles to determine the root cause of customer complaints, performing necessary repairs and preventative maintenance, and servicing all vehicle systems, including brakes, A/C, transmissions, engines, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform digital vehicle inspections to identify any additional safety or service work.Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs.Complete work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.Notify the service advisor immediately if additional work outlined is not needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.Document all work performed.Road-test vehicles to validate successful repairs.Qualifications10 years of previous Service Tech experience is required.Demonstrated work history, with ASE or equivalent certifications.Valid driver's license and a good driving record.Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package and a work-life balance environment.Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour, plus bonus (to be discussed at the time of the interview).Medical: Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Chip MedicalPaid Time Off (PTO): 2 to 3 weeks of front-loaded PTO, depending on experience.Paid Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.Continuing Education: Paid continuing education and ASE Certification renewal.Uniforms: Paid uniforms.Vacations: Paid vacations.Work Environment Our 8-bay operation provides excellent work conditions, with new epoxy floors and LED lighting throughout.
