Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies for over 80 years! We are looking for a detail oriented Project Manager to join our team!
$60,000 to $90,000 salary based on experience.
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the complete inspection of flooring installations.
Job Summary:
- Communicate with builders and project managers, on a daily basis.
- Inspect job site prior to installation to ensure everything is ready
- Inspect job site following installation to ensure proper and timely completion
- Determine best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements and instruct installers
- Complete tile repairs
- Ensure the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction
- Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations
- Pick up and deliver materials as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Have at least one year experience in flooring installation (Preferred, but not required)
- Exhibit commitment to safety in all work practices.
- Be able to work independently and problem solve.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
- Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
- Must be a good communicator.
- Required to pass drug test and subject to random testing.
