Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure comprises multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
Pay: Starting at $19 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

What you will do: As a Youth Care Worker, you will provide daily support for the youth in our program at Tampa Bay Girls. Youth Care Workers provide interactive supervision, support, and direction for the youth. Youth Care Workers document the day of the youth, maintain structure, and provide support to youth experiencing behavioral issues.
To be considered, you should: Possess a High School Diploma or GED, ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical, ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
