Pivot Point Center for Youth (PPCY) provides short-term residential treatment to girls between the ages of 12 to 18 who exhibit maladaptive patterns of behavior, special needs, moderate mental health disorders, and emotional and behavioral disturbances. Youth may have a history of trauma, substance use disorders, and long-term involvement within the Department of Juvenile Justice Services. We expect youth to have presenting behaviors and impairments that affect their ability to be safe in a home-like setting. ROP will provide quality treatment, education, 24-hour supervision, cognitive, behavioral, social, vocation and other skills and services for youth who are completing placement or for those awaiting adjudication by the Court.
What you’ll do: As a Shift Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living. Shift Supervisors ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements and supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate.

To Be Considered, You Should
- Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
- Bachelor's degree in Public/Business Administration, Behavior Science, Counseling, Secondary Education, Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social/Human Services or any equivalent combination numbers of years' experience, education and/or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Military experience and training are acceptable.
- Three (3) years of experience in a juvenile treatment (Residential, Behavioral, Detention, Corrections, etc.)
- One (1) year supervisory experience.
- Possess a working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture behavior modification program.
- Have demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
