Canyon State Academy is located on a scenic 180-acre campus surrounded by Farm student housing for 300 youth, a Thrift Store, Cafe, Barbershop and Church open to the community incorporating life skills for our students. Along with a fully equipped weight room, football stadium, an athletic center (gymnasium, padded wrestling room & more).
Pay: $80,000 a year
Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and company paid Life Insurance within 90 days, and 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more! ROP-benefits-and-perks-2
What you will do: ORR Clinician works as a staff member for the ORR Program. The Clinician reports to the Lead Clinician and/or Program Director. Responsible for coordinating clinical services, conducting mental health assessments, counseling interventions, monitoring students' well-being, adjustment to the program, assessing safety to release to sponsor, training new clinicians, crisis intervention and maintaining documentation. Implements and manages the standards of care according to the guidelines of the ORR program. Ensures compliance of records and documentation and quality of care.
To be considered you should: Possess a Master's Degree in social work with clinical experience in the program~ Master's Degree in psychology, sociology or other relevant behavioral science with direct clinical experience is a program requirement~ Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of clinical employment experience ~Bilingual in Spanish and English~ Must be licensed or eligible for licensure ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC), physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: Two Shifts
Sunday to Thursday
Tuesday to Saturday
