Are you ready to make an IMPACT from day one? Rite Care is an evening learning center for at-risk male and female youth, located at the Kent County Juvenile Justice Center. Students will report to the ELC afterschool to participate in evidence-based groups, skill building, tutoring, mentoring, case management and other structured activities during the time of day that is the highest risk for anti-social behaviors. Rite Care will operate as a diversion program for youth at risk of becoming involved in the Juvenile Justice System, or those who are currently involved and need additional community support.
Compensation Ranges: $80,000 per year.

What you will do: A day in the life of a Clinical Supervisor at The Rite Care Evening Learning Center is rarely the same, HARD WORK, EXCITING, IMPACTFUL, and very REWARDING. The Treatment/Clinical Supervisor is a primary member of the Site Management and Treatment Committees. Primarily responsible for assessing student mental health needs, supervising the activities and staff that provide individual, group and family therapy, and monitoring students with mental illness and/or receiving psychotropic medications. Depending on site, the Treatment/Clinical Supervisor reports to the Program Manager and directly supervises designated staff. This is a 100% REMOTE position.

To Be Considered You Should
- Be at least 21 years of age
- MI License required; LMSW
- Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work with current state licensure. Licensure must be maintained with photocopies on file.
- Maintain Clinical Member status with AAMFT
- Prior clinical and administrative experience in a residential setting
- Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical
- Background in working with adolescent offenders and their families
