Canyon State Academy is located on a scenic 180-acre campus surrounded by Farm student housing for 300 youth, a Thrift Store, Cafe, Barbershop and Church open to the community incorporating life skills for our students. Along with a fully equipped weight room, football stadium, an athletic center (gymnasium, padded wrestling room & more).

What you will do: The Administrative Assistant works as a staff member of the Behavioral Health Counseling Clinic and provides assistance to the designated Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Program Manager, and other clinic employees. Primarily responsible for any administrative assistance required by management and/or clinic staff and ensures all administrative office procedures are in compliance with ROP established professional standards. The Administrative Assistant reports to the designated supervisor(s).
To be considered you should: High School diploma or equivalent. ~At least 1 year of experience working in a behavioral health office environment ~ Experience and success in office management ~ Bilingual Preferred - If required to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment, must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver ~ Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years ~Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
