Pay: Starting at $22/Hour
Perks & Benefits
** $1,500 Sign On Bonus! $750 paid at 3 months of employment and $750 paid at 6 months of employment **
You will be eligible for Medical insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. You will be eligible for the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full-time employment., and 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more! What you will do: The primary responsibilities of an Awake Night Counselor are to provide safety and around-the-clock supervision of at-risk youth. This position provides for the physical, personal and health needs of each student through individual counseling and behavioral/social/physical and educational skill development and provides an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students.

To Be Considered You Should
- Must be a local resident!
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
- Have reliable transportation and be able to drive in winter conditions.
- Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
- Have a desire to work with troubled teens and at least 1 year of direct care experience with juveniles.
- Have experience in a supervisory role.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
