What you will do: The Administrative Assistant establishes the Administrative Office as a professional, responsive, and effective administrative unit to the site and external agencies; handles general daily office activities including but not limited to correspondence, typing, reporting, filing, phone calls, visitors, shipments, deliveries, mail, copies, faxes, tours, meeting minutes, etc.; establishes and maintains organizational procedures to ensure effective operations and administrative support.
Pay: $22.00 / Hr
To be considered, you should: Possess a High School Diploma or GED; at least three years of experience working in an office environment, experience and success in office management. and possess a valid Driver’s License.
Typical schedule: Five days on/two days off, forty hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Schedule may vary or be adjusted due to business demand or unforeseen circumstances and will be determined by the direct supervisor. Occasional evenings and/or weekends may be required for special events.
